Matt Watene - Project Manager

Licensed Building Practitioner
Matt has over 15 year experience building and has joined the team as Project manager and team leader.
Wayne Barcas - Director
Licensed Building Practitioner
Wayne has had an interesting and varied work history including Tavern Manager, Restaurant Owner & Branch Manager for a transport and cartage contractor.
In 2014, the opportunity to work on a subdivision development project in Motueka created the first of many builds in the area.
Previous projects have included light industrial, commercial and residential Triboard houses. One of the many projects being the sub-floor for the hydro station for the Kawatiri energy hydro scheme on the west coast. Also projects including earthquake strengthening and commercial shop builds.

Keren Barcas - Administration Manager
Keren has been the administration manager for the last 10 years.
Having built up a wealth of experience in dealing with councils for building permits and resource consents, Keren is an integral part of the team and works closely on costing and quality control, also liaising directly with clients.
