Wayne and Keren have been a pleasure to build with and have built us a beautiful Triboard home that we are delighted with and proud to show off!

Kahurangi Homes are the local (Motukea based) builders who work with this product. I found them to be very open, honest, efficient and reliable.

I recently built a small holiday home with them, I told them I had a limited budget and they were happy to help even though it was a small job. They adapted one of their small bach plans to fit 'my pocket' and allowed me to do some of the finishing and decorating to save me expense. An excellent job was done, quickly and efficiently. I thoroughly enjoyed dealing with them and have no hesitation in reccomending them to other.

After going through the building process and living in our new triboard home, we would not live with anything else.  We have got extra space in our home and it is so warm.  We love being able to hang pictures up anywhere we like without looking for a stud.  We have found the house to be very sound proof also.  Neville is an excellent builder with great ethics.  The atmosphere on site was fun, yet organised and efficient.  We would definitely build again with Triboard and Neville.  We found the whole process not stressful at all.

Triboard has given us the flexibility to design different features in our house.  We also love that we have been able to place pictures etc on the walls without the need to find a stud.  The house is a lot warmer than any previous house we have lived in.  Being able to walk through the house at an early stage and confirm placement of lights and power switches on the solid wall made sure that we had them in the right place and enough of them.  Between double glazing and triboard, on a sunny day you do not need the heat pump going and we have saved money on our power bill.  With the triboard build, it meant our house was built within 11 weeks, even with weather delays.  Neville was able to ensure that all the doors and hallways were wider to allow Anna, who is in a wheelchair, to easily navigate all doorways.  During the planning process, Neville provided us with options and then helped us to modify them to make them fit what we needed.  Neville was very thoughtful and understanding to meet Anna’s needs and he would think outside the square to make sure that what we thought we wanted would be practical and work for Anna.  Neville was extremely efficient at getting the plans into Council and approved in a timely manner.  There were no delays with the sub-contractors which therefore ensured a smooth and efficient build.  The assistance given by his daughter, Emma, in helping co-ordinate colour, lighting and interior and exterior design helped consolidate our own thoughts and create the masterpiece that it is.  The whole process was effortless.
